Coming out of Addiction and Depression

I came to know about a 43-year-old woman today who is alcohol addicted and very depressed.  She has no one to talk and share her feelings and express herself.

I think she can work as a volunteer and have lot of people to talk to and help others or work hard in a direct selling company like vestige and earn money and help others or teach others or teach some art which she specializes in or learn some skill if she is not a master of any....

This may not be always possible but some of my thoughts.....



I heard a small nice story.....


A boy asks his guru why is it that sometimes he feels very happy and sometimes very sad and depressed.  The guru says there are two beasts in your head which are good and bad and they keep fighting and so the boy feels like that, the guru said.

Then boy asked which beast will win?


The guru said the one you feed.......


If you feed the 5 sense organs with positive content, the brain will be in our control.


I think everyone knows that brain is a great slave and a worst master......so should constantly endeavor to keep training the brain.
