How to boost your Team's Confidence
Good points told about how to deal with your team.
Your team is much less than you in all ways that is why you are on top. They have less resources, resilience, vision, capability, understanding, skill, knowledge, etc.
Your job is to see they get small victories.... daily.....
You encourage them to complete their tasks.... if they are having some capacity limits.. help them upskill... or else you better let them go out of the job... but keep on scolding for not accomplishing tasks breaks their morality.... rather fire them... they will go out and learn some other payable skill..
Listen to them if the task is not done well or incomplete, see if anything from your side can be done... see if lack of communication, or problem with a particular person(s), need changes in deadlines or goals, discuss what can be done...
keep monitoring in between... do not go at the end and be astonished that the task is not completed... deadlines are approaching...
hiring and firing the right people is a great skill....
proper communication is also important..
