Let us discuss about the things that impact stress in our life.  Many find problems with motivation, goal setting, achieving dreams.  You need to find the right goals that pull you to action.  They should not be too big to scare you and not too small to achieve.  Keep reviewing your goals, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and see that your actions are in alignment to your bigger vision or goal.   Learn to develop systems and tools to automate things and be more productive and efficient.  Find the right mentors, books, youtube channels to reach your goals about your industry and your work.  See if you are lazy and procrastinate, review your goals, your purpose in living; learn yoga mediation, learn new things, understand the importance of speed, learn social media, develop skillset, mindset, time management, money management, being resourceful, relationship management, organization skills of your belongings, keep in the same place every day, write important things in a book, credit card numbers passwords, duplicate keys, develop routine habits and rituals like you do brushing daily automatic, planning and preplanning of things that you have to do for next day, week, etc, invest in developing yourself, read books, learn the art of story-telling to engage people, these all help you come out of your doubts and fears.  learn the art of communication, presentation, negotiation, learn connecting words like what is the person about, where they stay, how many brothers and sisters they have, what is their proper place of birth, friends, relatives, hobbies, interests, likes and dislikes, favorite color, food, place, etc... these all help in developing relationships and trust. doing puzzles, risk appetite, do not risk beyond your limits, and taking no risk is a big risk in itself, emotional status management, how fast you rebound, more than 30 minutes or a day if a thing is bothering you, take precautionary measures, if you have taken a wrong risk, fail fast and come out of it, failing is okay but failing repeatedly is wrong, you can learn, fail, learn and fail in a different way but not the same way, like a child walks and runs after falling several times.  Try not to bring your emotions into your work.  Do exercise, take care of your health, drink good amount of water, have enough sleep, have healthy diet, control junk food, bad habits like smoking and drinking.  Do not be demotivated by the other people who are not having confidence in you.  Focus on your self-improvement and self-development, it boosts your confidence.  Analyze what you did daily when going to bed, plan for next day, week, month, quarter etc.  Do not feel bad about being unsatisfied, it is a signal that is asking you to improve but at the same time be also happy with what you have as gratitude. Do things that must be done irrespective of your mood, offer whatever service or help to people who need without expecting any return, be careful of what you are feeding your senses, be careful with what people you surround yourself.
